It is from the West Coast of the South Island of New Zealand that we bring you our pies, a place steeped in tradition and a pioneering frontier, where wild game is commonplace on our tables. A place where we enjoy food as it was meant to be; hunted, gathered and crafted with care, using simple everyday ingredients.
We’re keen to encourage more people to enjoy the flavour, nutritional and environmental benefits of wild hunted meat. Why you may ask? Well, two reasons really, eating wild meat is better for you and is better for the environment. That’s why we call ourselves ‘Bakers of the Better Pie’
Our wild game pies are handmade and small batch baked with zero waste and quality ingredients with real good taste. We reckon they are the better pie.
