About us

Mobius Distilling Co. is a distillery located in Marrickville that is punching well above its weight. Head distiller Philip is an alchemist of sorts, beyond passionate about making the best spirits he can. Mobius creates outstanding spirits – handy staples as well as delicious new creations of our own devising.

Our Moreau Apple Pie Liqueur is quite literally apple pie in a glass. Made with fresh Australian apple juice and select spices this drink has notes of warm pastry and a smooth, well-balanced, lingering finish. Let your imagination run free and create some cocktails with this ridiculously moreish liqueur!

We also offer a small-batch vodka that was awarded champion vodka for 2021 at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards and a Gold at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Continuously cycled through a closed-loop carbon filter system, the 38 Special Vodka is Smooth AF.

On top of this we have multiple exceptional gins.
