We’re from Valencia, Spain (Martinez is our family name) and we've been in the food business for over 30 years. Using the best of ingredients from New Zealand and Spain (we directly import our Pimentón de la Vera from farmers in Cacerés) we've created the authentic flavours, just like you get in España.
We only make the real thing - it tastes so much better. Using traditional techniques (fermenting, dry salt curing, air drying) with modern processes. No fillers, no artificial flavours, colours or syrups. And definitely no shortcuts.
