L'Authentique was founded in 2006 by Guillaume Desmure, a French restaurateur with a passion to create perfectly traditional "European Style" sausages, using ethically sourced quality NZ produce.

Our range continues to be recognised and awarded top standings in competition, at the likes of the Outstanding Food Producers and Retail Meat NZ Sausage Awards. L'Authentique products have been
featured in The Healthy Food Guide, Dish magazine, Cuisine, Taste Magazine among others, L’Authentique is often singled out by NZ’s foremost food writers, for its uncompromising quality and taste.

Our Product is Dairy and Gluten Free and made with-out the addition of any artificial flavourings or preservative.
