Nowhere Bourbon (https://www.nowherebourbon.com) was born out of the desire to create a premium bourbon specifically for NZ. Nowhere was distilled and aged in Indiana before being shipped across the Pacific to Hawke's Bay, where it was finished in NZ Pinot Noir barrels from Decibel Wines, adding a Kiwi twist to the American spirit, and bottled in Hawke's Bay. Every bottle speaks to a shared spirit between American tradition and New Zealand’s taste for authenticity, distinctive and proudly unordinary.

Copper Still and Doc Whiskey (https://copperstill.co.nz) are two award winning bourbons, being awarded gold medals at the Super Spirits award and Doc took home a gold at the NZ Spirits Awards, with Copper Still bringing home silver. Doc Whiskey is a cask strength bourbon sitting at about 58%, with a full proof bourbon being pretty rare in NZ.
