We are a small batch distillery with a passion for local flavours and the creative process. We never fail to get excited about the possibilities inherent in the simple raw ingredients of water, yeast and energy.

About us

We have a selection of gin including the ever popular Blood Orange gin, a collaboration with HerCanberra created the French Earl Grey Gin, Sloe gin is another local creation using Tasmanian Sloe berries, Summer gin is a lovely fruity style gin and the delicious Winter gin made with Basil.

There's always a new combination to discover while
perfecting those that have come before.

Over the years we have added various liqueurs to the range such as Musk, Coffee, Limoncello, Butterscotch Schnapps and Canberra Fog (Aniseed flavour like Ouzo)

We have a selection of spirits being aged in barrels and have recently released a Bourbon Cask Whisky to sit alongside our Whisky and Rum in the range.
