Founded in 2021 and made on the Mornington Peninsula by Italian hands - our unique production method gives our pasta 'Bite, Texture and is easy to digest'.

Located on the Mornington Peninsula, and lead by Italian chef Luca, Island Pasta Company produces pasta and pasta sauces in small batches, always ensuring the best quality and freshness of our products.

We use Australian sourced semolina flour and extrude through Bronze dies. Our production process allows us to maintain all nutritional benefits, the colour of the grain and fragrance of the flour. You can see, feel and taste the difference.

Most of our packaged pasta is vegan and we offer different pasta varieties - Beetroot, Spinach, Organic Spelt, as well as Squid Ink pasta. Our sauces are made with Italian tomatoes and range from vegan to meat sauces. Our products do not need to be stored refrigerated.
