Grown in the pristine waters of tropical north Queensland, we make the finest Redclaw Crayfish. Our animals are grown using sustainable feed without fish meal or fish oil. Our farm is a zero discharge site and all water is bio-remediated and recycled on site making our seafood some of the most sustainably produced in the world.

Redclaw Crayfish have a firm, white flesh with a sweet and delicate flavour profile. The uncooked meat is translucent and readily absorbs complemetary flavours during the cooking process.

All our crays are individually hand-checked to ensure the highest possible quality before being packed and shipped anywhere in Australia.
