Headlands Distilling Co. started from humble beginnings. In early 2015, four friends with a collective goal to produce handcrafted spirits, founded Wollongong’s first distillery.

We began by producing spirit for our whisky, as we knew it would be a long wait before it was ready. After barreling this spirit in 2016, we set to work creating Vodka gin and specialty plum liqueurs.

At the core of Headlands is the Grain to Glass philosophy. Each step of production; milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling, filtering, bottling and labelling, is done at the distillery. It demonstrates our passion for ensuring purity at every stage of production. We start with the highest quality ingredients and pair them with our relentless pursuit of perfection. There is no room for compromise.
