Like many of the greatest meals in history, the first Maketū Pies was lovingly created in a grandmother’s home kitchen. Fast forward 40 years, and Maketū Pies can now be found in all good dairies and supermarkets across Aotearoa.

Every product in the Maketu range of Pies and Sausage Rolls has a distinct flavour, made possible by using fresh, locally sourced ingredients combined with a unique blend of herbs and spices. These fillings are then encased in handmade golden flaky pastry; rolled to perfection to produce delicate, mouth-watering layers.
