Sapiir was the first thing we perfected in our stills, an expertly crafted range of non-alcoholic, gin inspired, botanical alternatives to alcohol. Using delicious and aromatic botanicals like, lemon myrtle, Tasmanian pepperberry, native wattleseed, and of course, juniper, we have created a range that complement an array of mixers, as well as providing a strong base to build cocktails.
Gin is our other passion, after we created our sapiir range we had requests from moderators to recreate the sapiir taste experience for those who do drink alcohol. They wanted to switch between 0% and 40% alcohol without having to change what they were drinking.
Our gin isn't made like other gins, we individually distill each botanical, before blending them back together. We distill our gin to 80% before using its distilled sapiir twin to dial it back to 40%. This results in a deliciously smooth taste profile and premium drinking experience.
