Our passion for food has taken us on a journey of recipes, flavour experiments, lots of learning and some wonderful successes, including six years running a multi-award-winning wholesale sourdough bakery in the beautiful Southern Highlands of New South Wales.

After the relentless but rewarding rhythm of artisan baking, we're back to our roots in food production, focusing on a simpler range of distinctive products with proven consumer appeal and strong repeat-purchase potential.

The gift of food remains at the heart of what we do. Our ZUMAMI relishes have built a loyal following, with repeat customers and sales to match. Sweetwater Creek Pud Delish gives traditional Christmas pudding a contemporary twist: more fruit, less sugar and more alcohol, with all the festive comfort of a classic christmas icon.
