Most pasta on supermarket shelves is made from imported, industrial grains and wrapped in plastic that outlasts the meal. We believe food should be simple, honest, and nourishing.

Our pasta is made from 100% New Zealand–grown, spray-free durum wheat, an ancient grain that thrives on the sunny Wairarapa Plains. Grown by the Wairarapa Grains Collective using no-till, regenerative methods, it rebuilds soil, reduces emissions, and protects the land we love.

We take the slow road — bronze-extruded and air-dried for 12–24 hours to preserve nutrients and flavour. The result is pasta that grips sauce, tastes incredible, and feels good to eat.
