Under the Hood BBQ is a family business based in Nelson, New Zealand and run by Dave and Michelle King. Our company has been forged out of our own passion for low & slow BBQ goodness. Our ever growing outdoor BBQ kitchen allows us to do what we love - to inspire, feed and educate.

Made right here in Nelson our products are available to you anywhere in New Zealand. Our Original Barbecue Sauce is atangy delicious alternative to standard BBQ Sauce. With five delicious seasonings, our dry rubs will take your meat to the next level! It's tried and true on all our catering, full of flavour but not too spicy, just the way Kiwi's love it.

We are pleased to confirm all our products are Certified Gluten Free and registered with Coeliac NZ and are Cross Grain Logo approved.
There's also no dairy and believe it or not, they are vegan friendly -until added to meat of course!
