It is a stone-baked flatbread that can be easily shared amongst guests as a starter or served as a main course. It is traditionally prepared with a foundation of sour cream, speck, (bacon) and thinly sliced onion.

Perfect to experiment; toppings can easily vary to suit local taste and preferences, all the way from savoury to desserts that are sweet and indulgent with apple slices and cinnamon.

We supply frozen Flammekueche bases in two sealed pack sizes; midi measuring 18.5 x 29cm or rectangular, 28 x 37cms. Each carton of midi bases contains 20 packs x 5 bases, whilst the cartons of rectangular bases contain 5 sealed packs of 10 bases.
