OUR NAME CAME OFF THE BACK OF OUR FOUNDER’S MENTAL HEALTH STRUGGLES. WHERE USING COFFEE TO SLOW DOWN WAS A LARGE PART OF GETTING BETTER. SLOW IS MORE THAN A ROASTING COMPANY. IT WANTS TO USE SPECIALITY COFFEE TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO BE MORE PRESENT. TO SLOW DOWN AND ENJOY BEING WHERE THEIR FEET ARE.

Our Approach to coffee:

We work hard to ensure we are roasting our green coffee to best express the hard work the farmers at the origin have done.

We do this by roasting light to medium on all our roasts to ensure we are highlighting the key characteristics of each coffee and also its origin.

We are always trying to add new coffees to our offerings. As we grow, our offering will grow with us and our customers. We are constantly learning and researching ways to improve and make better coffee.
