We buy only specialty grade coffee that meets our standards of taste and quality. On top of that we are passionate about ethically sourcing our coffee, so we're working with exporters/importers who are sharing our values and learning how we can always do this better, to ensure producers have a sustainable future. We also apply this ethos to our blend coffee sourcing, which has the most impact at origin, not just our high end coffees.
