All coffee beans are roasted in a traditional way by hand and eye; every origin of coffee deserves to be showcased to its true potential which means that different roasting profiles are required in order to bring to light the unique flavours. Our green beans are all Arabica, sourced from across the globe.
We also have a small 1kg batch roaster. This allows us the ability to test roast at different degrees, and to discover the best profile for each origin before we progress to the 60kg Petrocini. This also give us the option to roast lighter batches of true speciality coffees on a to-order basis.
