our multi award winning stone-ground chocolate is handmade, dairy-free and vegan, refined sugar- free, gluten free, ethically sourced, raw and organic.

we make our chocolate in small batches, starting by sorting our organic Peruvian cacao beans then dehydrating, cracking and winnowing the beans to remove the outer husks from the nibs. we then grind the nibs in a stone grinder for several days and nights until they become silky smooth cacao liquor.
once the cacao liquor is ready we combine it with the best raw, organic, ethically sourced ingredients in a way that preserves their natural goodness. we then temper, pour, set and wrap our bars in packaging that is beautiful, home compostable and reusable/easily recyclable and printed using vegetable inks.

we care about every ingredient we use, only including quality ingredients that carry their weight in terms of bringing nutritional value.
