Bones Pickles repurpose misshapen or late-farming fruits from Canterbury, New Zealand, offering a unique, all-natural, chilled product. Using a cold process, they avoid sulphites and preservatives. Chilli Peanut, born as a staff meal side at 5th Street Restaurant, gained popularity, transitioning from staff meals to the dinner menu. Its versatile usage spans from toast to stir-fries, noodles, sandwiches, and roasted vegetables. With a mild spice level suitable for all tastes, it's becoming a staple. Similarly, Za’atar, featured on the restaurant menu, complements various dishes with its blend of roasted meats, fresh vegetables, and salads.
