When a seed starts to grow, we say it sprouts or germinates. That first growth (or microgreen) is more flavourful and nutrient dense than the mature plant. If we harvest that first growth before it gives way to the plant itself we call enjoy all of those nutrients in unique and delicious ways.
Urban farmed microgreens are for nourishment, nature and bursting with flavour. Delicate to the eye, soft to the touch but packed with goodness, our microgreens offer up to 100x more nutrients than mature plants.
