Upstock x Native Hard Sparkling Giveaway (the Promotion) is run by Upstock Limited (Upstock) and is governed by these terms and conditions, our customer Terms & Conditions and our Gift Terms and Conditions (together, the Upstock x Native Hard Sparkling Giveaway Terms and Conditions). By entering the Promotion you agree to the Upstock x Native Hard Sparkling Terms and Conditions.

1. The Promotion is a draw to be facilitated and funded by Upstock for one (1) prize of a $300 NZD cash prize paid to a bank account of your choice.
2. There will be one (1) winner. A winner cannot receive more than one (1) prize.
3. The promotion runs from 08:00am Thursday 9 June 2022 -  11:59pm Sunday 31 July 2022 (Promotional Period).
4. Upstock, in their sole discretion, will randomly select one winner on 12:00pm Monday 1 August 2022. The draw will take place in Auckland, New Zealand.
5. To enter the promotion, you must sign up for an Upstock account and place at least one (1) order with Native Hard Sparkling using your Upstock account. One order equals one entry. Multiple entries are permitted.
6. Upstock reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant from participating in the Promotion for behaving in an antisocial manner.
7. You agree that Upstock may use your entry for publicity purposes, including but not limited to publication of your Responses on Upstock’s owned social media channels and Upstock’s website. You agree that Upstock may, in their sole discretion, use your first name, or company name in using your entry publicly.
8. The winner will be notified via an email or phone call from Upstock, and to organise receiving the prize.
9. If Upstock has not received any communication from a winner after 5 days after notification, Upstock may, in its discretion, deem the winner to have forfeited their selection and the prize, and draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
10. If you are selected as a winner, you must have an Upstock account to receive a prize.
11. Upstock can choose not to award the prize if we reasonably suspect the winning entry to involve fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct. If we award the prize on one of these grounds, we will draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
12. Upstock does not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, invalid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, service, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
13. Upstock reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.
